Initial Deposit

The preferred initial deposit to begin your construction is $3000. Pre-qualified buyers may reserve a lot for a future build with only $3000. All deposits are applicable to your purchase and held in escrow. Buyers are expected to execute a contract within 10 calendar days of lot reservation. Lexington Parc uses the Tallahassee Board of Realtors contract, along with a new construction addendum, specially crafted to cover all the new construction details. Our community Realtors & team members can walk you through the process. Customers who already have a Realtor should ask their agent to register with Lexington Parc. The preferred closing company is Smith Thompson Shaw Minacci Colon & Power, P.A.

Lot & Floor Plan Selection

Please check in with our community Realtors on available lots and seek guidance on which plans are suitable for each lot. Certain restrictions will apply. The base price for the Regent & Brockwell is $236,000. The Holland base is $252,000. Premiums of $2000-$3000 apply to lots in Blocks B & C. Upgrade cost list available upon request.
